随着转子的高速旋转使熔化物在离心力的作用下飞出,熔化部位开始放电产生电弧,导致转子电流剧烈变化,为了维持出口电压稳定,调节器不断调节励磁电压以保持发电机出口电压的稳定。在这个过程中,随着励磁调节器的反复强励,重复着电弧的点燃与熄灭,发电机导电螺钉开始向转子内部熔化,当强励电压不能满足电弧点燃时,发电机开始失步,汽轮机转速开始上升,终机械超速动作,关闭主气门,发电机进入逆功率状态。从发电机转子端部看到负极导电杆有过热迹象,导电杆绝缘已经严重碳化。
综上分析1号发电机在运行中滑环的导电螺钉松动,导致接触电阻增大、出现过热引起弧光放电,是造成此次事故的直接原因。

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. 设备现场应放置操作指南,指导现场操作,各种开关、刀闸、熔断器、插接件及接线端子等部位接触良好、无电蚀与过热现象。
事故过程与检查结果:
,某电厂1号发电机在运行中滑环的导电螺钉松动,导致接触电阻增大,出现过热引起弧光放电,造成导电螺钉烧损,机组紧急手动解列。
事故前工况:有功188MW,无功76MVAr,定子电流7500A,定子电压15.84kV,转子电压290V,转子电流1578A,主励磁机定子电压253V,主励磁机定子电流1122A,机组AGC投入运行。
2009年09月30日18时18分,警铃响,1号发电机来“A套调节器强励动作”、“发电机失磁保护动作”信号、“发变组保护屏失磁保护Ⅰ(失磁减载)动作”,“转子一点接地保护告警”、“发电机逆功率告警”,有功负荷下降至零。运行人员现场检查发现1号发电机转子滑环处冒烟有火花。18时23分,手动解列发电机。
检查发电机转子励磁碳刷无过流、过热现象,刷架完好。用500V兆欧表测发电机转子绝缘电阻为0欧姆,对刷架、碳刷及各部绝缘部分进行清理,测绝缘,仍然为0欧姆。对刷架拆除,进行解体检查,发现发电机转子正、负极滑环表面光滑、无过热烧伤痕迹,负极侧滑环导电螺钉烧损,风扇环负极侧根部有过热熔化痕迹。发电机滑环罩励磁机侧密封环与转子轴有摩擦痕迹,并且密封环的密封垫过热。风扇环护板负极滑环侧有熔化的金属颗粒,分析为导电螺钉熔化后,在高速旋转时甩到护板的侧壁上。转子抽出后,检查转子外观无异常、通风孔无堵塞现象。
原因分析:
查看DCS记录,转子电压和电流在18时17分39秒之前运行正常,转子电压跟踪发电机出口电压调节转子(励磁)电流正常,定子电压稳定,励磁系统、发电机转子系统故障前一直正常运行。18时17分39秒,转子电流和转子电压开始摆动,此时定子电压基本稳定运行,造成转子电流和电压摆动的原因分析为:转子回路导电螺钉在集电环表面的压紧螺母松动,造成接触电阻增大,螺母与集电环接触部位开始发热,随着发热与氧化的加剧,终导致螺母与集电环接触部位熔化(见附图片)。
(3)各种缆线布放整齐,标识规范。
(4)输出电压必须保证蓄电池要求的浮充电压和均充电压,设备容量必须保证负载电流和0.1C10A的蓄电池充电电流的容量。
(5)定期检查并记录设备各项运行参数,及时掌握设备的运行状态和负载情况。
(6)每月完成输入、输出开关、熔断器、缆线的温度测试,认真做好记录。
新装及检修的设备在投入运行前,必须进行性能测试,主要测试设备运行的稳定性、可靠性、带负载能力、告警的及时性等,性能测试通过签字确认后方可投入运行。
