XI.测试现场的选择
意大利电信选择测试现场主要考虑以下几点:1、有足够多的用户但不是网络节点机房;2、一旦出现故障,能够在设备(由原有电池供电)断电之前赶到现场;3、原有电池组容量及替换经济性。
后选择了三个测试站点,见下表:

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. In order to diversify the production risk and expandthe sales market, we adopted the production and marketing policy ofinternational division of labor. VII. RELION 燃料电池系统的特点
²模块化系统:RELION匣式模块化燃料电池,使得用户能够根据负载量的多少,准确配置供电模块数量,不需要闲置模块配置,节约投资。并且由于采用了模块设计使得系统重要的参数——可靠性,大大提高。
² 高冗余度:所有的系统辅助配置都有备份,大大降低了系统停机维修的几率。
² LAN总线和“干接点”连接:可以方便、快速与原系统连接。通过internet远程监控降低了维护和管理的工作量。
² 空气冷却系统:RELION的简化设计使得该系统不需要水冷和特殊制冷装置。
² 的系统:RELION燃料电池系统是专门为通讯站设计的,满足通信站各项严格的技术要求。
VIII.现场测试的目的
意大利电信采用燃料电池,要测试该燃料电池系统应用于通信站作为后备电源的整体性能。
该测试的出发点是要证明与传统的蓄电池方案相比较,燃料电池一个高可靠性的方案。传统的蓄电池可靠性高,但蓄电池很重,且蓄电池供电失效的可预测性太低。该项目要测试的是燃料电池是否具备以下特点:既具备与蓄电池相似的可靠性,又避免了蓄电池的这些缺陷。
对意大利电信通信站内的整体设备进行评估,通过对设备整体分析,以评估包括燃料电池和其他设备在内的综合系统的完整的备用电源方案。燃料电池方案的各个方面在此都被评估,包括:导气管布放,氢气的传输,各部分的连接点,启动逻辑和维护等方面。
IX. 意大利氢安装相关的法规和标准
在意大利国内外关于氢的安装的法规不完整,详细的指导也不易找到。意大利的相关法规有DM 24NOV1984和DM24/05/2002,是关于天然气的法规。因为两种气体都比空气密度低,氢的安装与天然气类似,采用天然气法规作为参考。
X. 现场测试计划
在现场测试开始之前,意大利电信与RELION公司共同制订了测试计划,该计划分为4个阶段,测试周期6个月。
阶段0:系统安装在意大利电信指定的3个站点,系统安装验收内容包括告警系统验证,控制单元校准,和燃料电池数据的远程传送。
阶段1:阶段1的目标是验证系统运行,在该阶段,逐渐增加开启和关闭燃料电池的时间,直至燃料耗尽108立米。该阶段每个站点测试大约100个小时。
阶段2:每个站换掉瓶气后,开始第二阶段,该阶段的目的是要测试后备系统的长时间的工作能力和连续工作能力,直至第二瓶气体耗完。现场测试获得以下结果:
² 每个站的燃料电池后备系统自足能力
² 系统的电能转换效率
² 监控系统报警的准确度(例如气瓶氢气泄漏信号)
阶段3:与传统后备方案的典型测试对比,为研究和监控系统而进行的测试。测试内容如下:
1)达到系统的名义条件
2)周期性快速开启/关闭
