测控装置是测试系统的核心,其主要功能是根据上位机发送的程序命令,控制交流调压稳压器的输出电压调节、各组负载的投切,并按程序要求自动采集充电装置的直流输出电压、直流输出电流、交流输入电压,从直流电压中分离出纹波分量,并将上述4个模拟量转换为数字量,通过串口发送到上位机。
3、测试系统的设计
根据北京电力公司变电公司管区内220kV变电站直流电源的配置情况,要求测试系统的交流电压调节范围应达到342V~437V,直流电流调节范围为0~50A,直流电压范围为99V~242V。根据以上要求,对测试系统进行了设计。
3.1交流调压稳压器的设计
根据直流电压和电流的范围,充电装置的大输出功率为12kW,按照90%的转换效率和0.9的功率因数,交流调压稳压器的视在功率应达到15kVA,为了在低输出电压时满足充电装置的功率要求,选择18kVA的稳压器机芯。稳压器机芯的基本结构为三相柱式调压器,通过两个无源节点改变稳压器的电压给定值,当节点1闭合时,交流输出电压为342V;当节点2闭合时,交流输出电压为437V;当两个节点均断开时,交流输出电压为380V。为了降低交流调压稳压器的重量,结合测试系统的满载工作时间,在绕组设计上,采用大铁芯、小绕组的方式。

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. 防范措施:
直流电源作为变电站二次设备的供电电源,其可靠性对变电站的安全运行有着非常重要的作用。直流电源在运行过程中,特别是运行1~3年后,其充电装置的一些重要参数如稳压精度、纹波系数、稳流精度和充电程序的设置参数会发生不同程度的偏移,严重时会造成这些参数超标,并可能造成直流电源蓄电池组的早期失效。为了及时了解直流电源参数的变化情况,防止因直流电源失效造成的损失,本文研究了一种适合现场使用的电变电站直流电源特性测试系统,将交流调压器、负载、数据采集处理等组合在一起,自动实现直流电源充电装置的稳压精度、稳流精度、纹波系数、充电程序的测试。
2、测试系统组成
在电力行业标准DL/T459-2000“电力系统直流电源柜订货技术条件”中,定义了直流系统充电装置稳压精度、纹波系数、稳流精度和充电程序的测试方法。通过在一定范围内调节充电装置的交流输入电压、直流输出电流,根据调节过程中充电装置直流电压、直流电流、直流纹波电压的变化,计算充电装置的稳压精度、稳流精度和纹波系数,通过模拟蓄电池充电过程中电池组阻抗的变化情况,记录充电过程转折点的电流和电压,判断充电装置的自动充电程序是否满足要求。
根据标准的要求,便携式直流电源特性测试系统由后台机、交流调压稳压器、可控负载、测控装置组成,图1是测试系统的原理框图。
交流调压稳压器用于改变充电装置的交流输入电压,以判断充电装置直流输出电压或电流的源效应,交流调压器的容量需要综合考虑被测试充电装置的输出功率、效率、功率因数等参数。交流稳压调压器具有外部控制接口,便于在测试过程中自动调节交流电压的高低。
可控负载为纯阻性负载,可控负载按照电流大小分为若干组,通过组合获得不同的电流值,各组负载的投入与退出由独立的开关控制,通过控制开关的通断,即可在一定范围内改变可控负载的阻抗,从而平滑调节充电装置的输出电流或电压。负载开关由测控装置控制,以实现测试过程中负载阻抗的自动调节。
1.在大修中严格按照检修项目执行,保证检修质量,按照预防性试验项目,做好每一项试验,并做好记录。当直流电阻与出厂比较有异常变化时,对导电螺钉进行重点检查是否松动,导电螺钉锁片进行重新锁紧,保证锁片锁紧良好。2.在小修中增加转子直流电阻检测项目,如有异常对导电螺钉进行解体检查处理,对转子滑环导电螺钉进行检查是否存在过热现象,检查锁片完好且不能松动,保证锁片起到锁紧作用。3.加强技术监控管理,严格按照试验规程要求,对直流电阻进行对比分析,查找历次试验记录,并与其纵向比较,不放过任何异常数据,并详细记录试验结果。4.检修人员要加强滑环部位的测温工作,定期对滑环部位进行红外成像测温,机组启动后励磁电压、电流达到额定时进行一次红外成像测温,并做好记录。保存每月1日、15日的红外成像图像记录,记录中要有测量时的机组有功功率、无功功率、励磁电流、环境温度等数据,每月进行一次分析比对。5.运行人员要加强巡视,每两小时用红外测温仪测量集电环和碳刷的温度。明确要求滑环测量中间部位,碳刷测量刷辫与碳刷的结合部位,每班进行一次记录。发现温度异常立即汇报并通知处理。
