N003用于保持正脉冲信号,N004用于保持负脉冲信号,正脉冲信号和负脉冲信号通过N005B相加,送入模拟开关的一个通道。N003、N004的复位端由CPU的P3.6控制,当P3.6为高电平时,电容C001、C002保持的峰值信号被复位,通过周期性的控制P3.6的电平,即可获取纹波信号在不间内的峰峰值。

2)A/D转换部分
图5是A/D转换部分的电路原理图,微处理器采用P89C51RD2,A/D转换器选用BB公司的高精度转换器ADS7805,高的转换频率可达100kHz。ADS7805芯片采用28脚双排直插式或贴片式封装,只需单端5V电源供电即可正常工作,芯片内部含有采样保持、电压基准和时钟等电路。ADS7805采用CMOS工艺制造,功耗低(大功耗为100mW),模拟输入电压的范围为±10V,采用逐次逼近式工作原理,转换结果由16位数据线并行输出,启动转换和读取上次转换的结果可以进行。
ADS7805的数据接口通过两片锁存器74LS373连接到微处理器的P0口和P2口,片选输入端CS接微处理器的P1.1端,读取结果/模数转换控制信号输入端R/C接P89C51的P1.2,转换结果指示输出端/BUSY接P89C51的P1.0,P89C51的P1.3用于锁存器的片选信号。

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. 在测试过程中,可控负载承担充电装置输出的全部功率,可控负载的大功率应达到12kW。为了平滑调节充电装置的输出电流或电压,将可控负载按照8421码进行分组,选择小电流单位为0.1A,则只需将可控负载分为9组,即可实现0-51.2A电流范围内的任意调节,9组可控负载对应的电流分别为:0.1A、0.2A、0.4A、0.8A、1.6A、3.2A、6.4A、12.8A、25.6A。各组负载的控制开关采用IGBT,IGBT由测控装置输出的信号驱动,为了提高安全性,测控电路与IGBT之间采用光耦进行隔离。
可控负载选用外壳绝缘的大功率电阻器,电阻器安装在配有风扇的铝合金散热器上。每组负载均由偶数个电阻器串联组成,将每组负载串联的均分点通过二极管并联在一起,作为110V电压等级的输入,而将两外两端作为公共端和220V输入(图2),防止在采用220V输入端时,各组负载通过110V母线产生相互影响。

3.3测控电路的设计
1)模拟信号处理
图3是模拟信号处理部分的电路原理图,交流电压信号通过电压互感器T001隔离,隔离后的信号经过运放N001A~N001D、D002、D003的精密整流后变为直流,经C005、C006滤波后变为恒定的直流电压,该直流电压与交流输入电压的有效值呈正比关系;直流电流通过电流传感器采集,经取样电阻R012变为直流电压信号;充电装置的直流输出电压信号经电容C005滤波后分为两路,一路经电阻R010、R011分压,作为直流电压的测量信号,另一路经过电容C004隔直,分离出叠加在直流电压上的高频纹波信号,通过N003、N004、N002B,得到纹波信号的峰峰值。以上四个模拟信号分别输入到模拟开关N005的四个输入通道,模拟开关的输出送入A/D转换器。模拟开关的通道选择由CPU的P3.2和P3.3控制。
叠加在充电装置直流输出电压上的纹波信号包含两个部分:一部分是频率为50Hz的低频信号,于交流输入电压有关;另一部分是高频噪声信号,与充电装置的开关频率和开关噪声有关,频率一般在100kHz~500kHz之间。必须选择合适的峰值保持电路,才能纹波信号的峰值保持。一般的峰值保持电路采用放大器和分立二极管加电容组成充放电电路,并利用二极管的单向导通性和电容器的存储作用构成检测电路。这样,当脉冲信号到来时,二极管导通;而当电容器被充电至脉冲峰值时,二极管截止。此时,电容器上将保持脉冲峰值。但这种峰值保持电路的线性较差、通频带窄,峰值保持响应时间受峰值保持电容的影响很大。若选用峰值保持电容较小时,响应的速度较快,保持的时间短,不适合本装置测量的要求。利用AD公司生产的PKD01峰值保持器则可将保持时间控制到很长的时间。
PKD01采用DIP-14封装,图4是其内部逻辑图。PKD01峰值保持器内部采用跨导型运算放大器,具有响应速度快、通频带宽、线性好、峰值保持精度高等优点。对于具有瞬变峰值脉冲的信号,通过选择适当的外接保持电容,PKD01即可快速、准确地检测并保持峰值脉冲信号,直至发送RST复位信号进行清除为止。PKD01可以对上升(下降)速率为0.5mV/μs的脉冲信号进行检测,典型响应速度为125ns。
