由结构保证的。从而可以灵活改变每相所带的负载量。由于每相及其对应的自适应插头的颜色不同,按照A相、B相、C相对应黄、绿、红颜色的电气规则,通过自适应插头每种颜色的数量可直观看到各相的实际输出路数。通过连接孔和连接附件实现在连续供电的情况下,更换本支路微断的功能。见图7、图8、图9、图10、图11、图12。
这种结构使用时,按图12的组合形式装于配电柜(或箱)内的两根立柱上,母排部分在上,扩展基座部分在下。按实际线路要求设置各相自适应插头,操作自适应插头前应先分断本支路的微断。
除实际所需外,A相、B相和C相的输出支路再各设置一路大容量(如:63A/1P)的备用输出。使用中,当其中某相的输出支路需更换微断时,先将对应相的备用支路的微断打到分断位置,再将连接附件的一端插入其连接孔,另一端插入需更换微断的那一路的连接孔,闭合对应相(通过自适应插头颜色识别)的备用支路微断,并分断需更换微断的那一路;此时可拔出待更换微断,换好后再插回,闭合微断开关;分断对应相的备用支路微断,取下连接附件,完成更换。这种更换操作使得更换支路的负载的供电始终没有间断,实现了连续供电中更换微断的功能。

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. In order to diversify the production risk and expandthe sales market, we adopted the production and marketing policy ofinternational division of labor. As early as 1996, we set up afactory in Binli County, Vietnam, which is a foreign-fundedenterprise with investment earlier than the local establishment ofbattery production base. 数据中心机房中有特别重要负荷,这些负荷要由UPS系统供电;当然,UPS系统的输出是不直接给负载的,一般要通过配电系统,而这种配电系统现在往往制成《智能配电柜》形式,以实现高可靠性和高可用性供电。其中高可用性又通过输出支路的热插拔和调相来体现。当前具有热插拔和调相的输出微断国内没有,一般采用ABB公司的SmiSSline产品。该产品性能优良、较成熟;但价格较昂贵,微断要用与其配套的专用微断等不理想处。对此,本人设计了《微型断路器插拔套件》和《配电换相与连续供电中换件的结构》方案并分别获得了专利(ZL200820117444.3,ZL200920162547.6)。两者组合后用普通微型断路器可实现热插拔及在使用中灵活改变每个输出支路(微断)的容量;调相以实现三相均分负载;可直观显示出各相的带载路数,实现在连续供电的情况下更换本支路微断的功能。后两项是非常独到之处。
微断插拔套件能使普通微断实现带电插拔功能,该套件可与普通微断组合,通过其插头与插座的插拔关系,实现微断的插拔功能。它不改变微断的原来结构,保持微断自身的完整性,一旦微断从插头上卸下后,还可做普通微断使用。由于各品牌厂家的微断基本结构一样,使得该套件结构原理适用于具有同样结构的所有微断。
这种微断插拔套件使用时,先将插座固定在所需位置,可一个挨一个地成排安装,两个单极插座可插入一个两极插头,三个单极插座可插入一个三极插头,四个单极插座或两个
两极插座可插入一个四极插头;本设计也有两极、三极、四极的插头和插座;接线都从插座的两端引。在线使用需拔下插头时,先断开微断上的开关再拔出;插入插头时,先断开微断上的开关再插入。安装防电罩后无暴露的金属部分。这种套件结构上可用于任何品牌(63A及以下)微型断路器。见图4、图5、图6。
《配电换相与连续供电中换件的结构》,是在微型断路器插拔套件的基础上,由扩展座、母排座、母排、母排插座、母排中盖板、电极、自适应插头和连接附件组成。母排插座由簧片、母排、窄隔块、中隔块、宽隔块、堵块和母排插座壳构成;电极包括上电极、下电极、插头电极、外引电极、长接线板和短接线板;自适应插头的两极之间的距离可自动微调,它由自适应插头壳、侧盖、顶簧、滑块、插头的上电极和下电极构成;连接附件由连接插头和软导线构成。其中扩展座、母排座、母排中盖板、窄隔块、中隔块、宽隔块、堵块、母排插座壳、滑块、自适应插头壳、自适应插头侧盖用绝缘材料(例:ABS等)以注塑方法制成;电极和母排由导电好的紫铜制成;簧片由弹性好的钢片(例如:65锰,0.5mm厚)制成;连接插头可在市场上买到,软导线要有足够的截面
