UPS的整机效率对于其耗电也有重大影响,例如:
当η=0.963时,UPS系统耗电30.79MW;
当η=0.976时,UPS系统耗电19.70MW;
效率提高后节电30.79-19.70=11.09MW,每年11090×24×365=97,148,400度电;每年节约电费0.821×97,148,400≈79,758,836元≈0.8亿元!

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. In order to diversify the production risk and expandthe sales market, we adopted the production and marketing policy ofinternational division of labor. 7. Small self discharge. After fully charging, it can still beused normally after being stored at normal temperature for oneyear. Double the lead-acid battery.
8. Long service life. All data can be recycled afterscrapping,
9. Green and environmental protection without pollution. Noelectrolyte pollution. It can be used safely in all kinds of badenvironment.
10. Good seismic performance. It can be placed in anydirection.
.整流器主要作为充电器使用,功率大大降低(输出80KW的不间断直流电源,其充电器容量只需21.6KW!),制作成本下降、可靠性提高;
6. 不用考虑旁路问题,去掉重复变换,线路结构简化,减少了故障点,其体积、重量大大降低。
7. 直流输出不存在谐波和功率因数问题。
8. 减少热耗,即减少了空调的消耗。
9. 上级电网负担小且由于发电机直接对负载,大大减少其容量。
10. 输出端可设大电容,方便储能且提高直流输出波形的平滑性。
11. 不受电源相数约束,小功率充电器可为单相。
12. 电池组电压低,安全;也方便连接太阳能极板。
其中主要好处是:节能且容易并机;理论上并机数量不受限制。
我觉得人们做事,从开始到成功,好比要从A点到达B点,如果有若干条路径可选,那末,自然
会选择短路径,而不会去绕远。在实际做事中,却往往没有选择短路径;其原因是:不能认识到还有更短路径;或认识到了但执行较难。我认为数据中心采用直流供电系统的问题属于第二种情况。数据中心机房供电中用直流UPS系统是必然趋势,这是由数字设备的直流供电需求和交流UPS原理所决定的。其实很多人也有同样想法,并在努力探索。
近期的情况表明,一些数据中心的建设方强烈要求采用直流UPS供电系统;似乎美好想法要变成现实了!在项目方案设计中,我深感还不是那么简单!
我想用某个数据中心项目实例说明当前的问题所在。
某项目建筑面积:60万平米,40000个机柜,20KW/机柜,10个机柜/列,特别重要负载总用电量800MW。
用电量估算
1)交流UPS系统供电方式(交流UPS效率97.6%,输出380V/220V)
数据中心总耗电:1111.32MW,电能利用效力(PUE):1.39,总耗电/建筑使用面积:2.22KW/M2,发电机组容量:1104.89MW。其中
UPS系统耗电及与总耗电之比:19.7MW,1.77%;
空调系统耗电与总耗电之比:284.91MW,25.64%;
