这种《不间断直流电源》的基本构成为:
充电器(整流器)、电池组、直流变换器,还有交流输入电压的检测窗口及电池的保护、自检、定期放电控制电路。
要实现《不间断直流电源》的方式需要社会化合作,电源制造商与重要负载(如:计算机、路由器、交换机、网络设备等)制造商的合作。
采用《不间断直流电源》方式有以下几方面的好处:
1. 节能--有市电时,负载由市电供电;《不间断直流电源》的空载损耗远远小于UPS的损耗。
2. 并机简便,不需要考虑同步问题及静态转换开关等设备,可无限多重并机。
3. 无间断切换,没有市电时,可无任何间断地由电池组向负载供电。

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. 由上可见,从节能的角度看,直流电源的空载损耗是这种《不间断直流电源》的一个非常重要的指标。平时直流电源空载损耗(1.2%)可由电池充电器承担,这样不会影响电池寿命。
还以上面的100KVAUPS为例,如果它的逆变器(效率一般为93%--95%)效率是0.95,那麽,满载后备时间一小时,电池计算容量约为(12V,340AH/块)32块/组,为计算方便起见,假设有12V,340AH/块的电池。这些电池如加到《不间断直流电源》输入端,如果其输入电压为48V,那麽电池的组合应为8×4块/组,8组电池并联后的总容量为2720AH,其充电电流可为0.125C10,即0.125×2720=340A,再加上不间断直流电源空载损耗960W/48V=20A,共360A,充电器大输出可按60V计,则充电器大输出功率为360×60=21,600W=21.6KW。不充电时,充电器只承担《不间断直流电源》的空载损耗(1.2%,960W),如果充电器(整流器效率一般97%--98%)效率为0.98,则其从电网输入的功率为980W;合一小时0.98度,仍是普通UPS方式5.1度的19%。
这种不间断供电方式对于电池自动放电测试可这样做:测试时,使不间断直流电源输出电压高于负载机内直流电源输出0.7V以上,使得机内或门二极管反偏截止;机外或门二极管正偏导通,电池组向负载供电;在电池组供电进程中,电池电压在逐渐下降,当降到10.5V/块时,通过控制电路再将《不间断直流电源》的输出降下来,直至低于负载机内直流电源输出0.7V以下,使得机内或门二极管正偏导通;机外或门二极管反偏截止。充电器也开始对电池组充电,完成自动放电测试。应该注意:在测试时,负载机内直流电源的输出一直正常存在,电池组放电失败,也没有负载断电的危险。
为了提高整流元件的可靠性(冗余性),可采用并联二极管方式,如图二:
理论上二极管并联数没有限制。
输出端设置大容量电容可储能并有很好的滤波效果,如图三。容量大了,其充电电流必然很大,很容易使装置过流。为了限制过大的充电电流,设置电阻R,而该电阻的压降又会影响放电电压,为此设置了短路二极管Z2;Z1是防返流二极管,Z3是或门二极管。这样既不会产生强大的充电电流,也不影响放电时的输出电压。
如果说,UPS是“养兵千日,用兵一时”的话,那麽这种《不间断直流电源》则是“静
候在旁,随时应战”;后备的方式,在线的效果。
采用这种《不间断直流电源》方式,需要重要负载做些改动,例如:计算机(负载设备)需改动的:
将机内直流电源输出与其负载间加一个二极管并将负载端引到机箱后部,设置相应插座;以与外部二极管构成正或门/负或门,如图一所示。
