Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. In order to diversify the production risk and expandthe sales market, we adopted the production and marketing policy ofinternational division of labor. 在以往的工作中,这种比例关系是比较模糊的,或者说没有引起足够的重视。可能有些场地不需要准确地确定UPS前级电源的容量,但作为系统设计者或有关技术人员心目中对此应有清楚的概念;而不是糊涂的概念,更不能一无所知。为此,本人根据自己的工作实践和掌握的理论,推导了它们之间的容量关系。
1. UPS的前级电源是柴油发电机
确定UPS输入与输出之间的容量关系S入/S出。从某品牌的UPS资料(80、120、160、200KVA)看:
对于6脉冲整流,电池浮充电时比值为1.11,均充时比值为1.38;1.11--1.38,取
大值为1.38。
对于12脉冲整流,电池浮充电时比值为1.05,均充时比值为1.3;1.05--1.3,取大值为1.3。
即S入/S出=1.38(6脉冲整流时);S入/S出=1.3(12脉冲整流时)。这里面包含了对电池充电的能量;但目前有些UPS具有在油机工作时禁止向电池充电的功能。这样就只需考虑UPS的传递效率,即整机效率ηUPS=S出/S入。
一般UPS具有逆变器1.5倍过载1分钟的指标,旁路会更高些。如果考虑允许输出1.5倍过载1分钟,则S入/S出=1.5/ηUPS。一般UPS满载时的整机效率为92%,这样,S入/S出=1.5/0.92=1.63;一般取UPS额定输出容量的1.63倍就基本上覆盖了UPS对前级变压器或油机容量的要求。
以上是UPS输入/输出容量比值关系;但大多数UPS输入端是可控硅整流方式,或其它整流方式,对于电网来说,它们是非线性负载,会对电网产生谐波电流,该谐波电流通过电网内部的阻抗产生阻抗压降,进而引起电网的容量损失,这部分损失必然要由电网承担。如果是油机,就应在选型时考虑对这部分损耗的补偿。UPS输入电流中基波部分也会通过前级电源的内阻抗产生损耗;UPS输入功率因数体现UPS要从前级电源获取有功功率的大小,它和前级电源的输出功率因数也会有对应关系。为此,计算中要加进谐波电流及基波电流引起的损耗;且还要考虑UPS输入功率因数的影响。
