如对无模块系统进行测试,请使用下文详述的三根跳线测试方法继续对测试系统进行配置。

将上一步所述的测试系统与被测链路之间的连接断开。如图4所示在1# 和2# 测试跳线之间插入3#测试跳线。此时从步到这一步的光功率变化表示由三根测试跳线组成连接的两个连接器对产生的损耗。这个损耗值不应大于光纤跳线出厂的规格(两个连接器对)。测量值中典型的大变化量应该近似–1.0dB(18.0dBm–19.0dBm=–1.0dB),两个连接器对每对0.5dB。如果测试值大于上述的参考值,清洁连接器后重新测试。如测试结果仍旧较大,逐根更换测试跳线直到测试数据在合理的范围内。

按下光功率计的归零按钮,功率计应显示0.0dB。如果没有归零按钮,则必须将此时的读数记录下来并从的链路测试结果中减去。

EVADA蓄电池性能的影响因素:

电池是个单个的“原电池”组成,每一个原电池电压大约12伏,原电池串联起来就形成了电压较高的电池,一个12伏的电池由6个原电池组成,24伏的电池由12个原电池组成等等。UPS的电池充电时,每个串联起来的原电池都被充电。原电池性能稍微不同就会导致有些原电池充电电压比别的原电池高,这部分电池就会提前老化。只要串联起来的某一个原电池性能下降,则整个电池的性能就将同样下降。试验证明电池寿命和串联的原电池数量有关,电池电压就越高,老化的就越快。UPS容量一定时,设计时应尽可能让电池电压低,这样UPS电池寿命就越长,对于电池电压一定时,应选择数量少电压高的原电池串联的电池,不要选择数量多电压低的原电池串联的电池。有些厂家UPS的电池电压比较高,这是因为容量一定时,电压越高,电流就越小,就可选用较细的导线和功率较小的半导体,从而降低UPS成本。容量1KVA左右的UPS的电池电压一般为24~96V。

Influencing factors of Evada battery performance:

The battery is a single "primary battery". Each primary batteryhas a voltage of about 12V. When the primary batteries areconnected in series, they form a battery with a higher voltage. A12V battery is composed of 6 primary batteries, a 24V battery iscomposed of 12 primary batteries, etc. When the ups battery ischarged, each primary battery connected in series is charged. Ifthe performance of the primary battery is slightly different, thecharging voltage of some primary batteries will be higher than thatof other primary batteries, and these batteries will age inadvance. As long as the performance of a primary battery connectedin series declines, the performance of the whole battery will alsodecline. The test shows that the battery life is related to thenumber of primary batteries in series. The higher the batteryvoltage is, the faster the aging is. When the ups capacity isfixed, the battery voltage shall be kept as low as possible duringthe design, so that the longer the ups battery life is. When thebattery voltage is fixed, the batteries with small quantity andhigh voltage in series shall be selected instead of the batterieswith large quantity and low voltage in series. The battery voltageof some ups manufacturers is relatively high, because when thecapacity is fixed, the higher the voltage is, the smaller thecurrent is, and the thinner wire and the semiconductor with smallerpower can be selected, so as to reduce the cost of ups. The batteryvoltage of ups with capacity of 1kVA is generally 24-96v.

第二种方法采用MTP互连来实现MTP预连接带状光缆的部署。这种方法是在1U或4U机架式配线架中装配带有MTP适配器的配线面板。MTP预连接带状光缆释放扭力接入配线架,其预先端接的MTP连接器接入配线面板的后背板。配线面板的前面板将连接MTP预连接分支光缆,分支光缆的另一端通常与网络设备或其它配线面板连接。这种MTP预连接分支光缆是一种带状互连光缆,两端通常端接MTP连接器或其中一端端接单芯连接器。该部署方法特别适用并行光学传输的应用,例如InfiniBand技术。正是因为没有配备带有单芯连接器的模块,这种部署方法才得以成为测试MTP预连接带状光缆链路的测试方法。这种链路损耗测试方法需要使用三根参考跳线完成测试。下面我们将继续就这种无模块配置的MTP预连接带状光缆链路损耗测试方法进行说明。

现场链路损耗测试方法

在配备模块的部署方式中,对MTP预连接带状光缆的测试需要以下的设备:

有SC接口的光源

具有SC接口的光功率计

SC-SC 跳线 — 三根

SC适配器 — 两个

(备注:此次举例说明的方法中使用的均为具有SC接口的光源和光功率计,其它接口类型的测试方法相似。)

在无配备模块的部署方式中,对MTP预连接带状光缆的测试需要以下的设备:

具有SC接口的光源

带导向针MTP连接器和12个单芯SC连接器的分支跳线 — 两根

12芯的MTP到MTP(不带针)跳线 — 一根

MTP适配器 —两个

(说明:此次举例说明的方法中使用的均为具有SC接口的光源和光功率计,其它接口形式的测试方法相似。)

TIA/EIA强烈建议多模系统测试时,在光源处将跳线在测试卷轴上缠绕,以提高测量的稳定性和测试精度。

步骤一:设置单根跳线和三根跳线参考值的方法。如图2所示,使用SC跳线将光源和光功率计相连。记录测试数据以便和稍后测试的数值进行对比。数据记录完成后,将1#测试跳线与光功率计断开。

如图3所示,将2# SC测试跳线的一端与1#跳线相连另一端与光功率计相连。损耗的变化值不应该大于测试跳线两端连接器的插损值。

如使用单根参考跳线方法通过模块测试串行传输信号,在保持两根测试跳线的一端分别与光源和光功率计连接的先断开两根跳线之间的连接,再将光源和光功率计分别与被测链路两端的模块相连,测试并记录链路损耗结果。
