现行在用的高于安全电压的直流电源系统(例如电力操作电源、通信用240V直流供电系统等)都要求采用直流回路对地悬浮工作方式,并设置有绝缘监察(InsulationMonitoring)功能系统。
所谓绝缘监察,是指在直流供电系统中,对直流输出与地的绝缘性能进行检测,判断是否发生接地故障或绝缘性能降低。当发生接地故障或绝缘性能劣化时发出告警。
绝缘监察功能主要通过检测直流供电回路中的电压和电流来实现对地绝缘电阻检测的。其中,电压检测技术主要是由绝缘监察来实时监测正、负直流母线的对地电压,通过对地电压计算出正负母线对地绝缘电阻。当绝缘电阻低于设定的报警值时,发送出告警信号。
从本质上说,蓄电池组电气短路也是一种正负极之间绝缘度下降的极端形式,而对于蓄电池漏液造成的电气短路,必然是正负极之间或者其对电池架(接地)的绝缘度下降。
从绝缘监察的工作原理可知,只要蓄电池组是对地悬浮工作,即蓄电池组的正负极回路(包括充放电电路)均不接地。就可以通过平衡桥电阻来检测是否存在蓄电池漏液或对地绝缘度下降的现象,如图1所示。由于这种检测方法的测量对象是蓄电池组正负极对地的电压,而不管在蓄电池组中任何一点发生接地故障或绝缘度下降,都会引起正极对地电压U1或负极对地电压U2的变化,并能够迅速地在绝缘监察系统中反映出来。借助绝缘监察的检测原理,是可以实现对蓄电池组漏液的检测的。
