近几年，企业应用云化越来越明显，很多企业把公司的业务转移到云平台上，完成迁云之后原有的数据中心会被控制出来。这时很多企业会选择出售这些闲置的数据中心，而这些数据中心一般会被托管服务商(比如云服务商等)买入，然后服务商将这些资源整合到自己的平台中，然后再出售给用户进行使用。
我们知道数据中心在发展到一定的规模的时候，一般都会面临或多或少的一些问题，常见的比如数据中心物理空间不足、硬件设备老化、硬件设备的效率低下、网络的拥堵、各种安全隐患、电力紧张以及管理效率降低等问题，这些可以说是一些老旧数据中心的通病。
即使是老旧的数据中心仍然具有它的价值，云厂商提供的产品中，同类产品一般会存在多个档次。以云硬盘为例，底层对应的物理存储设备可能是高性能的SSD盘、一般的SSD盘或者机械盘，用户可以根据自己的需要进行按需购买，老旧数据中心中的存储设备可以用来部署性能相对较低的数据盘业务。
当然数据盘只是一种情况，其他的设备基本也都可以按照数据盘的思路二次利用起来。这种直接使用老旧数据中心的方式只是一种思路，除了这些我们还可以对老旧的数据数据中心进行现代化的改造以符合当前业务得需要，这部分我们在后面的内容中还会专门描述。

奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。
(1) Confirm that the use conditions meet the specificationre of the manufacturer.
(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-termstorage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。
(3) UPS battery is used for floating charge. If the battery isfre used (similar to recycling), it will seriously affectthe trickle life of the battery.
(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

(5) 如发现电槽变形及漏液等现象,请不要使用,应以更换

模块化数据中心可以控制能耗
在能耗方面，模块化数据中心可以通过集中管理来控制能耗，并提高设备的利用率，由此减少资源消耗。同时，由于优化了冷热通道封闭机架内电源线与数据线缆路径、服务器部署安装、模块内气流组织等机构，模块化数据中心的PUE值也得到了极大的降低。
传统数据中心在基础设施建设和硬件设备部署的过程当中由于受到成本、建设难度、运维管理难度等诸多元素的困扰，其实已经从侧面推动了模块化数据中心的快速发展，虽然业界对于模块化数据中心仍有质疑声，但是我们从近些年国内外很多企业级厂商的技术、产品发展脉络当中不难看出，未来模块化数据中心将会有一个快速的增长时期并成为一种趋势。
模块化机房是由机柜系统、供配电系统、制冷系统、监控系统以及消防系统所组成，可达到机房监控、温湿度控制、防火防盗以及自动监控等需求。
