鼎好蓄电池安装注意事项
(1)按上下方向正立放置为原则,禁止倒立使用电池。
(2)不要在蓄电池上给予异常的振动与撞击。
(3)在安装过程中要注意绝缘。
(4)不要把机器安装成密闭形结构。
(5)在安装过程中要注意让电池之间保持一定的间距,以保证空气流通。
(6)请不要把不同种类的蓄电池混合使用。
(7)不要让电池与有机溶剂接触。
质保规则：
质量保证期限：视使用方法及使用客户，质保期为三年。
使用说明：铅酸蓄电池长时间放置三个月要为电池补充电量，放置半年让电池充放一次，达到一个循环；使用过程中，切忌把电放干再充电，对电池影响很大，要 随用随充电，充满为止，但也不要过充、过放
包装：为纸箱，根据运输距离可打扎带，可打木箱。纸箱包装：1只/箱，采用物流长途运输或两箱打一个包装，为客户节约运输费用。
运输：样品可采用快递方式，批 量货，可采用物流或客车，部分地区根据长期经销商情况可采用代收款的方式或预付30%--70%定金，余款代收 的方式。

IPM BP255 UPS和台达GES-NT100kUPS其功率和生产厂家不同,不支持一般的并联功能,必须在两台UPS输出端加一个并联柜才能实现并联(见图4)。正常工作状态下主机为台达UPS,当主用UPS发生故障时,由并联柜自动转到备用UPS上,由IPMBP225 UPS带全部负载。但此种方案成本太高,一个并联柜的价格为几十万元,实用性不强。
优点:
(1)可以实现自动转换,可靠性较高。
(2)安装方便。
(1)增加额外电路,增加购置成本。
(2)并联柜故障时,备份失效。
(3)当备用的IPM UPS淘汰不用时, 并联柜将闲置。
2.3 分别带负载连接方案
两台UPS分别带负载,当一台UPS发生故障,通过转换可以实现另一台在不间断供电的情况下带全部负载。
分别带负载连接方案如图5所示,两台UPS主路、旁路均接在同一个母排上,这样它们的输入电压的相位和幅度均一致。以IPM BP225UPS主用,转换成台达UPS满载运行为例,简单叙述转换过程:此时S1、S3、K1、K2闭合,S2断开。首先将IPM BP225UPS转为维护旁路工作,然后将台达UPS也转为维护旁路工作,闭合S2,断开S1,此时台达UPS维护旁路(市电)满载运行,将台达UPS转为主路工作,转换完成。

此种连接方案不必增加新的设备,只需将配电柜简单改造就能完成。在台达UPS安装完毕后还可以让其不带负载运行一段时间,以测试其工作性能。
(1)对UPS无要求,安装简单,无需调试,不增加额外电路,不增加购置成本。
(2)可以实现增容的要求。
(3)可以实现一台UPS带满载,另一台停机,便于维护。
(4)两台UPS分担负载,利用率高。
缺点:
(1)当一台UPS发生故障时,另一台UPS不能自动投入,必须通过手动切换,因而可靠性较低。
(2)切换时需人工操作,对操作人员的水平要求较高。
通过上述分析和我单位配电结构的实际情况,采用种技术方案,组成串联系统,这样施工简单且不用增加购置成本。在IPM BP225UPS淘汰后可再购买一台新的台达(GES-NT100k)UPS,组成并联系统,使我站UPS系统更加安全可靠。
3 结束语
