(1)按上下方向正立放置为原则,禁止倒立使用电池。
(2)不要在蓄电池上给予异常的振动与撞击。
(3)在安装过程中要注意绝缘。
(4)不要把机器安装成密闭形结构。
(5)在安装过程中要注意让电池之间保持一定的间距,以保证空气流通。
(6)请不要把不同种类的蓄电池混合使用。
(7)不要让电池与有机溶剂接触。
质保规则：
质量保证期限：视使用方法及使用客户，质保期为三年。
使用说明：铅酸蓄电池长时间放置三个月要为电池补充电量，放置半年让电池充放一次，达到一个循环；使用过程中，切忌把电放干再充电，对电池影响很大，要 随用随充电，充满为止，但也不要过充、过放

随着地铁建设的各种新技术、新思维的应用,地铁运行不仅更舒适,而且更加安全、节能。而在地铁弱电系统中,UPS采用集中和分散供电方式近年来在地铁领域有很多争论,各方都提出了充分的理由来支持自己的观点,本文也就这个问题提出自己的看法。
1 UPS分散供电的现状
目前我国地铁弱电系统各(如通信、信号、综合监控、AFC、BAS、FAS等)采用的供电方式大部分为各自独立分散的交流供电,具体设置方法为低压配电将两路市电(一般为三相交流380V)配置到各弱电设备用房的低压配电盘,再引入到UPS,然后通过UPS输出配电盘向其内部设备提供交流供电(一般为220V),如果设备模块需要直流电源,则由设备本身自带转换模块实现。
地铁通信系统一般包含专用通信、商业通信及公安通信三个子系统,由于各子系统投资和维护分属不同的部门,因此在地铁车站的通信三个子系统分设了三套UPS;目前,乘客信息系统作为辅助运营的一种手段,在地铁领域得到了普及应用,其设计归属划到了通信系统,所以在通信系统内部就又多了一套UPS,再加上信号、综合监控、AFC、BAS、FAS系统在车站各设一套UPS,所以车站中弱电系统就配备了9套UPS。
UPS分散供电有其本身的优点:
(1)避免了各系统电源故障的相互干扰,当一个系统设备的UPS发生故障时,不会影响到其它系统设备的正常运行;
(2)使供电系统的可维护性大为提高;
(3)使主要设备的多重冗余供电有了可能;
(4)满足目前地铁的运营管理需要。
缺点是:
(1)各系统都需单独设置设备机房,浪费建筑面积;
(2)各系统单独提出用电需求,用电量没有经过综合考虑,浪费电能;
