Adopting unique multi-element alloy formula, using importedwafer equipment and self-developed grid mold, through stricttemperature control, the grid has not only good thickness, weightuniformity, long floating charge life and low self discharge.

The imported fully automatic computer-controlled lead powdermachine is adopted to ensure the oxidation degree of lead powder,the uniformity and stability of particles with strict automaticcontrol program, and at the same time, it is more suitable for thecharacteristics of large current discharge of battery.

Lead paste is the core of battery technology. The unique pasteformula better meets the requirements of high power deep cycledischarge and other performance requirements, and is suitable forfloating charge and other fields. Meanwhile, the fully automaticpaste mixing system and temperature control ensure the pastecharacteristics and stability.

The self-developed technology is used to transform the importedcoating machine, so as to make the plate more uniform and moresuitable for the requirements of UPS battery plate.

Adopt high temperature and high humidity curing technology,temperature and humidity automatic control technology, through thewind direction and flow design, the battery not only ensures theeffect of plate curing in a large limit, but also ensures theuniformity of each point plate, and the battery life issignificantly improved compared with conventional curing.

Power challenges of cloud computing

In general, the scarce resources in a data center are notservers or storage capacity that are relatively easy to purchase,but power. Increasing data center power capacity can involvecomplex, expensive, and time-consuming infrastructure upgrades.

三、解决方案 

依据用户的上述需求，中达提供了台达超越C系列UPS的解决方案。具体说明如下：

1．通过自动切换开关来实现原有发电机与市电间的双向切换。台达C系列UPS的输入电压范围为 - 25% ~ 20% ( - 32%~ -25%时还可带50%的负载)，输入频率范围为45~65Hz，能很好的配合发电机使用。

2．台达C系列UPS基于DSP技术，采用IGBT整流，输入功率因数≥0.99、输入电流总谐波≤3%，整机效率≥94%，具有很好的整机性能。有效提高设备能耗以及对电网的干扰，是真正意义上的绿色UPS

3．台达C系列UPS具模块化设计，单个模块容量为15kVA或者20kVA，每个机箱可放4个模块，两个机箱可并联工作。根据负载要求可以先配置3个20KVA的模块，实现2+1冗余，以后陆续扩为3+1，4+1，5+1，6+1，7+1。可实现在线扩容。台达C系列UPS多可以实现4台主机直接并联，这样系统大的容量可以达到320kVA。

4．台达C系列UPS属高功率密度设计，含4个20KVA模块的机箱总尺寸为：520mm（宽）*850mm（深）*1165mm（高），总重量为：244Kg。体积小，重量轻，外形美观。

5．由于前边已配有发电机，电池配置不需过多。台达C系列UPS的8个模块可以共用一组或者两组蓄电池，若1台模块故障，电池可转给其余模块使用，以提高所投资电池的使用率，享有充足的放电时间。

6．台达C系列UPS配置有近端EPO紧急关机按键和远端紧急关机接口，此功能一经启动，UPS立即关闭，可避免灾害的扩大。

7．台达C系列UPS可在线更换模块，迅速、可靠，加上中达快速、完善的服务体系可令客户高枕无忧。

8．台达C系列UPS有标配的以太网卡接口，并有监控卡供选购，可方便地提供网络远端监控，实现总行的集中管理。
