当然,该集成系统的好处远非只是减少机房楼面占地,其好处主要表现在:
(1)采用无蓄电池的飞轮储能UPS(见图5),从根本上省去了用户对蓄电池的投入,包括分配专门的恒温恒湿蓄电池房,还省去了复杂的蓄电池监测系统以监测每节蓄电池的状态和寿命,还有每3～4年蓄电池的更换,往往蓄电池的实际使用寿命达不到其设计寿命。

(2)能耗降低,一方面表现在UPS效率的提高,这种在线互动式飞轮UPS的效率高达98%,比传统在线双转换UPS的效率高出4%～5%,对于7×24不间断的运行,每年可以节省400万度电(假设负载为10MW);另一方面节省了维持蓄电池房恒温恒湿的空调系统电费,估计每年可节约200万度电。

4 铅酸蓄电池安装要求
使用前检查电池外观有无裂纹，破损，漏液现象，一经发现应及时查找原因或进行更换。
电池应安装在远离火源，热源（大于2M）的地方，必须有良好的排气通风条件，应确保电池运行
的环镜温度在15-25度。使得电池有较长的使用寿命。
充电电流电压，时间必须按厂家规定执行，电池避免过充过放电。
搬运，安装，使用过程中应避免电池正，负极短路。
5. UTB蓄电池厂家铅酸蓄电池使用注意事项
拆装电池应由人员完成，若因机械损坏电池电液沾到了皮肤或衣服上。立即用清水冲洗。如果溅入眼睛，要尽快用大量的清水冲洗并立即上医院治疗。
不同容量，不同制造商或新旧不同的电池请勿混用。
勿用花纤布或海棉擦拭电池外壳。
电池停搁6个月以上，使用前必须进行补充电。

Before use, check the appearance of the battery for cracks,damages and leakage. Once found, find out the cause or replace itin time.
The battery shall be installed far away from the fire source andheat source (more than 2m). Good exhaust and ventilation conditionsshall be provided to ensure the battery operation

5. Precautions for use of lead-acid battery of UTB batterymanufacturer
The disassembly and assembly of the battery shall be completedby professional personnel. If the battery electric fluid is stainedon the skin or clothes due to mechanical damage. Rinse immediatelywith water. If splashed into the eyes, flush with plenty of wateras soon as possible and go to the hospital for treatmentimmediately.
Do not mix batteries of different capacities, differentmanufacturers or new and old batteries.
Do not wipe the battery case with a cotton cloth or sponge.
If the battery has been out of service for more than 6 months,it must be recharged before use.
Performance characteristics
1. Good safety performance: no electrolyte leakage, no batteryexpansion and rupture under normal use.
2. Good discharge performance: stable discharge voltage, flatdischarge platform.
3. Good vibration resistance: the battery in fully charged stateis completely fixed, vibrated with 4mm amplitude and 16.7hzfrequency for 1 hour, without leakage, battery expansion andrupture, and the open circuit voltage is normal.

7. Good resistance to high current: 2ca battery in fully chargedstate will discharge for 5 minutes or 10Ca for 5 seconds. There isno fusing of conductive part and no deformation of appearance.
随着数据中心的蓬勃发展,其能耗的不断增加已越来越受到业界人士的关注。美国联邦政府首席信息官VivekKundra表示,美国联邦政府的服务器和数据中心在2006年总共消耗了60亿度电,如果没有技术的根本性转变,到2012年将消耗120亿度电。数据中心的成本、效率和可持续性受到了严峻挑战。
近年来,中国数据中心发展进入黄金时期,怎样降低数据中心的成本、能耗、提高效率使其发展可持续?借鉴近年来在美国数据中心推广的新型连续电力集成系统的经验,与国内的专家和同行一起探讨。
1 系统的工作方式与特点
该数据中心解决方案是基于飞轮UPS、发电机及其并机转换控制柜的连续电力集成系统,是一个以2MW为节点的可扩展系统,配备替换UPS和发电机作为系统的“N+1”冗余。近年来在美国得到了广泛的应用(比如位于佐治亚州亚特兰大的某数据中心,和位于弗吉尼亚州Culpeper的Terremark数据中心)。
首先来看一下2MW的连续供电的节点(见图1)。

数据中心具有两路市电供应,经过市电切换开关后与低压母线连接。市电切换开关进行两路市电间的切换。2250kW的一台备用发电机通过并联转换控制柜与低压母线连接。低压母线向两台1000kW的飞轮UPS提供正常市电输入,数据中心关键负载与飞轮UPS的输出配电柜连接,获得不间断的连续电力供应。UPS的旁路也与同一低压母线连接。市电正常时,飞轮UPS为负载提供9种电力故障的保护,同时调整输入功率因数和抵消谐波(类似有源滤波器);当两路市电都有故障时,飞轮UPS将无间断地为负载供电,随后发电机起动,6s内达到额定电压和频率,与低压母线连接,10s内完成与UPS的负载过渡并向UPS充电,这个过程对于能够满负载放电15s的飞轮来说已经足够;当市电恢复后,发电机热备份5min之后停机。图1左侧是替换用的一台同规格的发电机和UPS,当节点中的任何一台发电机或者UPS需要保养时,替换发电机和UPS将投入,保证系统的正常运行。同时系统配置了假负载测试系统，可以对系统中的任意发电机和UPS进行定期的假负载测试，保证系统的可用性。
单个节点可能没什么特别,该系统的大特点是当数据中心需要4MW连续电力,容量需要扩展时,可以很方便地通过增加一个节点来实现(见图2,在右侧增加了一个节点)。注意:每个节点的低压母线是独立的,这样就避免了系统扩展时低压并联产生的母线大电流。

2 10MW连续电源系统的构成和优点
采用了这个节点扩展的设计理念,一个10MW的连续电源系统就方便建成了(见图3、图4),共有11个1000kW飞轮UPS、6台2250kW发电机、三排控制柜和一排市电变压器柜。为了节省数据中心机房面积,6台发电机采用静音集装箱式,布置在大楼外。
