电池的维护与检修
储能电池组目前基本采用免维护电池,但这只是免除以往普通铅酸电池的测比、配比、定时
添加蒸馏水的工作。而外因和不正常工作状态对电池的影响没有改变,这部分的维护检修仍是非常重要的。UPS的安装环境、环境温度、充放电电流、充电电压、放电深度。日常的维护项目有:清洁并检查电池端电压、温度;连接处有无松动腐蚀现象,连接条压降;电池外观是否完好,有无变形和渗漏;极柱、安全阀周围是否有酸雾逸出;主机设备运行是否正常。储能电池长期处于浮充状态,这种情况下每年应进行一次放电试验。对新电池而言,放电前应对电池组进行均衡充电,以达全组电池的电压均衡。待放电时,先对电池做一个测试记录,在放电过程中,定时检查并记录电池电压,若有一只达到放电终止电压时,应停止放电,若要继续放电需先更换落后电池。免维护电池进行放电,建议离线进行。选择放电电流时,要根据电池容量及电池备用时间,放电过程中用电流表监视,尽量保持电流恒定。通过调整电极在水中的深度和电解质的浓度,来调节放电电流的大小。

Guanglong long battery Co., Ltd. has been established for 20years since 1990. It is a professional lead-acid batterymanufacturer that has obtained bonded factory and stock listing inChina. In the past five years, the number of battery shipments peryear has increased by 30%, and the business income has reached 4billion yuan. 系统冷启动
在无外电而仅靠UPS自行供电时,应避免带负载启动UPS。负载启动瞬间,启动电流会冲击电
池,大负载的冲击会造成UPS瞬时过载,严重时将损坏逆变器,故需先断开各负载,等UPS系统启动
后再开启负载。
(4)增加负载
在设计过程中,UPS的功率余量一般不大,故在使用中不要随意增加大功率的额外负载,也不允许在满负载情况下长期运行。UPS的工作性质决定了其是在不间断的状态下运行,增加大功率负载,是在基本满载的状态下工作,都会造成主机的故障,严重时将损坏逆变器。
(5)电池相关问题
蓄电池组的电压很高,存在电击危险,在装卸导电连接条、输出线时应采取安全保护措施,如使用绝缘工具,带绝缘手套,操作时站在绝缘板上等,特别是输出接线端子,应有防触摸措施。
无论电池是在浮充状态还是在充、放电检修测试状态,都要保证电压和电流符合规定要求。过
高的电压或电流可能会造成电池的热失控或失水,电压、电流过小会造成电池亏电,这些都会影响电池的使用寿命,前者影响更大。
在任何情况下,都应防止电池短路或者深度放电,因为电池的循环寿命和放电深度有关。放电深度越深,循环寿命越短。通常在核对性容量实验中或是放电检修中,放电达到容量的30%～50%就可以了。
对电池应避免大电流充放电。虽说在充电时可以接受大电流,但在实际操作中应尽量避免,否则会造成电池极板膨胀变形,使得极板活性物质脱落,电池内阻增大,温升提高,严重时将造成容量下降,电池寿命提前终止。
3 日常维护与检修
UPS分为主机和蓄电池组,维护与检修也是对这两者而言的,而电池的维护又是工作中的重点。
(1)主机的维护与检修
UPS在正常使用的情况下,主机的维护工作较少,主要是防尘和定期除尘。特别是气候干燥的地区,空气中的灰粒较多,机内的风机会将灰尘带入机内沉淀,当遇空气潮湿时会引起主机控制紊乱而造成主机工作失常,并且发出误报警,大量的灰尘还会造成散热不好,导致机内温度升高。是在除尘时,检查各连接件和插件有无松动和接触不牢的情况。一般,每四年对UPS设备进行一次检修,是更换UPS所有风扇,再根据运行情况,由人员带电检查直流回路纹波情况,从外表查看直流电容和交流电容有无异常,用专用表测试电容容量情况,确定是否更换电容。在清扫、检修完成后,开始回装插件,注意插件要插紧,二次插头要插好。检查通电后风扇和盖板是否有共振。若以上情况都正常,UPS继续手动旁通供电负载,在不带载情况下，由技术人员单独给UPS供电调试自动旁通、整流器和逆变器。若调试正常，UPS开始切换，由手动旁通切换到自动旁通再到逆变器供电。
