安全性能好
Good safety performance
贫液式设计，电池内的电解液全部被极板和超细玻璃纤维隔板吸附，电池内部无自由流动的电解液，在正常使用情况下无电解液漏出，侧倒90度安装也可正常使用。
In the lean solution design, all the electrolyte in the batteryis absorbed by the electrode plate and the ultra-fine glass fiberpartition plate, and there is no free flowing electrolyte in thebattery. In normal use, there is no electrolyte leakage, and thebattery can also be used normally when installed with 90 degrees ofside down.
阀控密封式结构，当电池内气压偶尔偏高时，可通过安全阀的自动开启，泄掉压力，保证安全，内部产生可燃爆性气体聚集少，达不到燃爆浓度，防爆性能。
Valve controlled sealed structure, when the air pressure in thebattery is occasionally high, it can be automatically openedthrough the safety valve to release the pressure, to ensure safety,the internal combustible explosive gas is less gathered, can notreach the combustion and explosion concentration, explosion-proofperformance.
维护性能
Maintenance performance
利用阴极吸收式密封免维护原理，气体密封复合效率超过95%，正常使用情况下失水极少，电池无需定期补液维护。
The compound efficiency of gas seal is more than 95% based onthe principle of no maintenance of cathode absorption seal. Undernormal use, there is little water loss, and the battery does notneed regular liquid replenishment maintenance.
绿色环保

正常充电下无酸雾，不污染机房环境、不腐蚀机房设备。
Under normal charging, there is no acid mist, no pollution tothe computer room environment and no corrosion to the e inthe computer room.
自放电小
Small self discharge
采用析气电位高的Pb-Ca-Sn合金，在20℃的干爽环境中放置半年，无需补电即可投入正常使用。
The Pb Ca Sn alloy with high gas evolution potential was put ina dry environment of 20 ℃ for half a year, and it can be put intonormal use without power up.

耐大电流性能好
High current resistance
紧装配工艺，内阻小，可进行3倍容量的放电电流放电3分钟（≤24Ah允许7分钟以上持续放电至终止电压）或6倍容量的放电电流放电5秒，电池无异常。
Tight assembly process, small internal resistance, can discharge3 times of capacity discharge current for 3 minutes (≥ 24Ah, allowmore than 7 minutes of continuous discharge to the terminationvoltage) or discharge 6 times of capacity discharge current for 5seconds, the battery is normal.
寿命长

由于采用高纯原材料及长寿命配方、电池组一致性控制工艺，NP系列电池组正常浮充设计寿命可达7～10年（≥38Ah）。

电池组一致性好

不计成本的保证电池组中的每一个电池具有相对一致的特性，确保在投入使用后长期的放电一致性和浮充一致性，不出现个别落后电池而拖垮整组电池。从源头的板栅、涂膏量的重量和厚度开始控制；
Regardless of cost, ensure that each battery in the battery packhas relatively consistent characteristics, ensure long-termdischarge consistency and floating charge consistency after beingput into use, and do not appear individual backward batteries anddrag down the whole battery pack. Control the weight and thicknessof grid and paste from the source;
总装前再逐片极板称重分级（≥38Ah的电池），确保每个单体中活性物质的量的相对一致性；
Before the final assembly, the plates shall be weighed andgraded one by one (≥ 38ah) to ensure the relative consistency ofthe amount of active substances in each monomer;
定量注酸，四充三放化成制度，均衡电池性能；

下线前对电池进行放电，进行容量和开路电压的一次配组；

≥38Ah的电池出库前的静置期检测，经过7～15天的“时间考验"，出库时再检，能有效检出下线时难以检出的极个别疑虑电池；

使用说明：铅酸蓄电池长时间放置三个月要为电池补充电量，放置半年让电池充放一次，达到一个循环;使用过程中，切忌把电放干再充电，对电池影响很大，要 随用随充电，充满为止，但也不要过充、过放电。
Instructions for use: lead acid battery shall be charged forthree months for a long time, and it shall be charged anddischarged once for half a year to reach a cycle; during the useprocess, it is forbidden to dry and recharge the battery, which hasa great impact on the battery. It shall be charged as it is used,until it is full, but it shall not be overcharged or overdischarged.
数字时代不仅意味着我们会被各种终端提供的海量信息所环绕，更意味着数据中心已成为支持社会和组织运行所不可或缺的基础设施。
过去，一个几万人企业的信息化可能只需要一个几十平米的机房就能搞定;在数字时代，企业的生产、经营、管理和决策却全都需要庞大的数据中心和数字化系统来支持。而对于即将到来的AI时代、5G时代和IoT时代，这一趋势只会更甚。
数据中心
当数据中心之于组织还是新鲜玩意的时候，人们的目光往往着眼于它所提供的众多功能和无限可能;但当数据中心已经成为一切的前提，数据中心本身的效率便成为受关注的重点。
泡在“水”里的数据中心
在数据中心的成本之战中，Capex显然是好下手的地方。拜摩尔定律和新出现的众多GPU、FPGA、ASIC等算力来源所赐，数据中心单位计算力的成本始终在降低;而NAND等新型存储介质的出现也打破了限制数据中心算力发挥的隐形桎梏。
但面对Opex，数据中心可选择的路径就不多了。
虽然通过大范围的硬件资源池化和提升硬件自管理水平，数据中心可以显著地降低人工运维的成本;但面对Opex中的大头——电费成本，现有结构下的数据中心确实没有什么太好的选择。
当然，数据中心并非是要单纯的降低电费的总额，而是要尽量提升总体能效。换句话说，就是尽量降低PUE。
为了达成这一目标，十几年来，人们几乎想尽了各种办法：自建风能、太阳能、潮汐能、地热能等的收集装置，利用大自然的馈赠来补贴数据中心电费;利用冷热通道来提升热交换效率;构建统一的风扇墙来实现集约型散热……这些方法中有些已经成为当今高能效数据中心的标配，有些则因为投入成本太高、限制太多而被束之高阁。
终于，一套将整个服务器浸泡在氟化液当中的终散热方法被研发出来。这套浸没式液冷散热系统有着散热效率高、散热质稳定、无毒无害、环保阻燃等多种特性，而相对于其他散热形式，这一方式可将散热系统的能耗降低97%，让整体数据中心的的PUE更接近1.0的完美值。
面对这一解决数据中心散热问题的终手段，难怪阿里与ODCC(开放数据中心委员会)也对其青睐有加。
2020年1月6日，阿里与ODCC联手开放了浸没式液冷数据中心技术规范，共同面向整个行业推广这一散热方式。
浸没式液冷产业链中的可靠一环
技术是好技术，不过很多前期工作还是要做好的;毕竟，把设计在空气中运行的服务器浸没在氟化液当中，怎么看都是个大工程。
为此，电源制造企业需要更改电源组件的用料，使其不会被氟化液溶解;阿里和ODCC也需要涉及全新的密封机柜，让数据中心能够更轻松的部署液冷系统和服务器;为了方便硬件的维护，厂商还要设计额外的吊装机械臂，以便省时省力的将服务器从盛满氟化液的“机柜”当中捞出来进行维护……
浸没式液冷机械臂
既然叫做数据中心，负责存储数据的硬盘当然也要为浸没式散热做好准备。作为阿里巴巴和ODCC浸没式液冷数据中心的存储合作伙伴，西部数据的SSD产品线显然对浸没式液冷相当友好(对主、内存、GPU等设备10%兼容的氟化液，当然也不会对SSD另眼相看);而在具备更高容量/价格比的HDD方面，西部数据主导的氦气硬盘也能够做到对浸没式液冷的10兼容。
来自西部数据市场部的张运海表示：西部数据的氦气硬盘已经在阿里张北数据中心的浸没式液冷集群中进行了实际部署。由于浸没式散热去掉了风扇等产生振动的元件并且能够提供更低的运行温度，西部数据的氦气硬盘不仅没有出现漏气、进液、PCB腐蚀等现象，更将故障率从空气部署的0.92%降低至0.41%。换句话说，在浸没式液冷的加持下，西部数据氦气硬盘获得了超过一倍的可靠性提升。
